Has anyone seen something like this advertised before? I figured people like this usually did their business dealings in dark alleys and whatnot 
I found it odd that they were very clearly stating they were going to be breeding mutts. It’s unfortunate that some people think a new breed can be created in just a couple of months. Especially when this person doesn’t seem to care what breed the stud is (possibly even a mixed breed), as long as it’s a small dog.
