Sorry to hear about your frustrations. Advertising sales is a challenging industry from what I hear. With 100% commission jobs, the upside is that the commissions are a lot better than if you are receiving a base wage. Have you explained to the company that you aren’t getting the support and training required to be successful? Have they been able to offer any help to you?
